15 minutes later, I was running Windows.I chose a clean install, but everything goes wrong: Windows 7 doesn't seem to install on my computer, after a two-hour wait the "expanding-files" part was still at 0 at first my installer was very slow, i had to wait at least 10 minutes before.Ive seen this same sort of issue with Windows Vista installations as well, so the lesson here is make sure youve turned off Floppy Disk Drives in the bios before attempting a Vista or Windows 7 installation.Same issue, sllllllow installation.I've replaced the hard drive and taken out all but one of the ram sticks.
I noticed that within the bios, the option for.44mb.5 Floppy Disk Drive was turned on despite the fact the machine didnt have a FDD.
